We at Zoe Snorkelling Tours have decided to try and clean the ocean floor after each of our tours as part of our way to help save our oceans. We will be using the hashtags #2minutebeachclean, #oceangarbage, #oceanclean,

Just in front of a beautiful beach

Just in front of a beautiful beach

In just 10 minutes I managed to snorkel up the following from one of Tobago’s most famous beaches.

  1. Two Stag, 1 Carib, and 3 bottle caps
  2. Bottle of Johnny Walker Scotch
  3. 1 Bag of Sunshine Snacks Ole and One bag of Sunshine Snacks Astros
  4. One weird Spiderman, Jason mask (really weird)
  5. Coors Light Can
  6. Plastic fork
  7. One Polar Can.

Maybe the companies that make billions of dollars on selling these items, should get together and do a PR campaign promoting responsible trash disposal. Lets all do our part. Next time you are on a beach, swimming, or snorkelling do a two minute beach clean up, take a picture, and Hastag appropriately.
